Our project managers take any natural resource project from concept to reality. From deciding to plant out a small stream buffer, to large landscape level land purchases, to implementing a carbon offset project, to designing ecosystem service markets, we make green dreams real. - Design - with the concept in hand, we design the project based on the client’s needs, the composition of the resource in question, and how it all fits into the larger landscape.
- Development - we use our expertise to add value to the project and prepare it for implementation.
- Implementation - with the concept and design phases complete, we work to implement the project in the most environmentally and economically fashion possible.
- Administration - natural resource projects have a lot of moving parts. We provide solutions and support for all phases of a project. These can include writing grant narratives, determining eligibility for cost shares and incentive programs, and obtaining and completing any permits that may be required.
