Land Management Plans

Our plans include a ground level assessment and GPS mapping of the properties natural infrastructure. Locations and conditions of forests and fields, habitats types, streams, wetlands, unique features (stone walls, rock outcroppings, spring seeps) are all recorded in the field using a mapping grade GPS.
We then work with the client to determine their goals and objectives for the land. Want to increase your wildlife habitat? Restore a forest stand? Generate income? Enroll in a cost share program? Decrease your wildfire risk? Whatever your goal is, we work them into the plan.
Based on your goals, and the existing on the ground conditions, we then outline the specific stewardship practices that are needed to accomplish the goals for the land.
